General Shipping Information

The prices listed on www.patricia-kelly.beauty include the statutory value-added tax and other price components.

Delivery of our products is available to Germany and specific EU countries (see delivery areas). Shipping is done as an insured package with DHL. Delivery to DHL parcel stations is possible everywhere.

Currently, we deliver to the following countries:

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days in Germany, and 10-14 working days in all other countries unless otherwise stated in the product description. Rough Road GmbH considers Monday to Friday as working days. Excluded are statutory holidays in Germany and the respective federal states. Orders are not processed on Saturdays and Sundays. Within Germany, packages are shipped with DHL. The shipment leaves the warehouse as soon as all items of an order are available in stock. The customer will be promptly informed about any possible further delays.

Notes for International Deliveries:
The estimated delivery time to EU countries (excluding Germany) is up to 14 working days. The working days described above apply. We note that Rough Road GmbH has no influence on any delays caused by customs, other authorities, or foreign postal services.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases that we are not responsible for and that you are responsible for. These may include, for example, costs for money transfer by credit institutions (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or customs duties or taxes (e.g., customs duties).
